WHAT WE

BELIEVE


We believe in the whole bible. It is the only absolute authority of the church. We are committed to the teaching and principles of Jesus Christ. Our foundation is rooted in the truth of God's word. We believe the church should be a training and equipping ground for believers to be effective in the world.

THEOLOGICAL TRUTHS

  • ONE GOD

    We believe that there is one God; eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

  • DIVINE NATURE OF CHRIST

    We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in the blessed hope of His personal, visible, future return to this earth to receive to Himself His blood-bought church that it may be with Him forever.

  • SALVATION AND REGENERATION

    We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.

    We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

  • THE HOLY SPIRIT

    We believe that, according to Acts 2:4, the baptism with the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, is given to Believers who ask for it.

    We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled  to live a holy life.

  • THE BIBLE

    We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

  • FINAL JUDGEMENT

    We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

  • WORSHIP IN SPIRIT

    WE SEEK TO DEEPLY AND TRULY WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT.

    WORSHIP IS NOT JUST A SONG BUT A LIFESTYLE THAT REFLECTS A CHRIST LIKE NATURE AND PURSUIT OF HOLINESS UNTO GOD IN WORD AND DEED. 

  • WHOLE LIFE WORSHIP

  • DIVINE HEALING

    We believe in the redemptive work of Christ on the cross and that it provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.

  • SIGNS, WONDERS AND MIRACLES

    We believe God still interacts with His creation by demonstration of His supernatural power through signs, wonders and miracles of various kinds. 

  • BAPTISM

    We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the Name of Jesus. 

  • HIS RENOWN

    We echo and affirm the Westminster confession: “the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.” All things exist for the glory of God.

  • MISSIONS

    Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed. Proverbs 19:17 


WHO WE ARE


We are for God and for a lost world. We love God and people. We want to demonstrate this everywhere we go. We are a multicultural and multigenerational church with a message and mission of unity within the body of Christ. 


Shift Global Ministries is a vision given to Pastor Micah Stampley many years ago. The original mission started as worship services held at various churches throughout the city. The services served as a place for those hungry for a move of God. The atmosphere was charged for miracles and signs  followed. The expansion of the vision has been ordained by God to become a local church. A set place and gathering place for the Glory of God to be revealed.  Our plans and agendas for services are submitted to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We earnestly wait with expectation for His manifestation in every service.


LEADERSHIP


Micah + Heidi Stampley

Pastor Micah is the Visionary Leader and Chief Prophetic Worshipper of Shift Global, Inc.  Dr. Stampley holds a honorary doctorate from the United Nations College and a U.N. badge of honor for his global service and impact in the nations of the world. He serves as the President of Interface Entertainment/ Minstrel Muzik Group. An acclaimed producer and songwriter, he is known around the world as a passionate worshipper for his many albums and recordings. Excellent and profound music ministry is a significant part of his vision. Having ministered for over 20+ years in the nations of the world, he has adapted a unique worship presentation by experiencing various cultures and textures in music and song. Pastor Micah is also owner/COO of Orleans Foods Ltd. Co. and several other business ventures.   

Lady Heidi is the Chief Strategist of Shift Global, Inc., Director of Label Operations and Artist Management for Interface Entertainment/Minstrel Muzik Group, as well as, Owner/CEO of Orleans Foods Ltd. Co.

An accomplished songwriter, Lady Heidi has written worship anthems that are sang around the world. Lady Heidi also serves as a Global Ambassador Special Envoy to the United Nations for the education and empowerment of women and girls. Philanthropists at heart, Pastor Micah and Lady  Heidi are committed to missions and helping others.
